We had a fantastic June 2024 wedding! Everything went smoothly, and Joseph did an excellent job communicating with us and creating a beautiful and elegant space. The centerpieces and flowers used for the day were incredible. All of the wedding details were exactly what we wanted, and we greatly appreciated his help in making our wedding dreams come to life. We are very grateful for them, and would recommend Joseph as a coordinator for all weddings, but especially small ones like ours.

Riverwood designs is INCREDIBLE! Joesph and I met to go over what I was envisioning for our wedding day flowers and he achieved that and so much more! They were absolutely perfect and so beautiful. I really wanted a larger size bridal bouquet and it was created just how I imagined it. All our centerpieces and ceremony florals were also so beautiful. Loved working with Rob and Joseph! As a planner myself I knew how important it was to have someone to support me on my wedding day! Honestly the best compliment is that everything happened according to plan without even noticing they were there! I loved having them orchestrate such an important day! We hired Joseph and Rob for both day-of coordination and florals and had an amazing experience! They were communicative throughout the 14 months leading up to our wedding. They were always willing to offer suggestions, and referred us to many of our other vendors. They were clearly very knowledgeable about the wedding planning process and florals. The flower arrangements and bouquets were perfectly in line with our vision. Both our rehearsal and wedding day went incredibly smoothly with their coordination. If I could give 6 stars - I would! Joseph with Riverwood Designs was a dream to work with. His sense of calm, organization, and fun was all I could ask for! From the get go he was on top of everything and assured me everything was going to be okay...well, it was! My wedding was the most perfect day I could ask for and MORE! He exceeded all expectations whether it was the communication with vendors, keeping me calm, beautiful florals and decor/arrangement, and dealing with my crazy party - he did it all. I would not recommend anyone else for your wedding coordination/floral needs! I am SO glad i decided to take him up on the coordination piece, as I truly don't know what our day would've been without him. It was magical. Joseph, Brenden and I are big fans of yours and will ALWAYS preach your name to other newly engaged friends of ours!! I hired a wedding coordinator, but I also gained an amazing new friend!

The absolute best. We had Rob and Joseph do flowers and coordinate our wedding. Rob was with us the day of and took off all of our stress. The day was perfect from beginning to end because of him. Can’t forget to mention how breathtaking our florals were. So thankful to have worked with Riverwood and would do it all over again!!!

We hired Rob and Joseph to do the floral design for a large black-tie fundraising event for more than 200 people last night in Williamsburg. Not only were the flowers extraordinary, but my friends who coordinated with them said that they were incredibly easy to work with as well. We cannot wait for the opportunity to hire them for another event! (The photos don’t do the flowers Justice because they are in my home and not on the tables at the event).
